Commercial Property

Our property consultants deliver end-to-end solutions for our investor and occupier clients from business-aligned property strategy across commercial development, corporate occupiers, hotels, retail and sport, leisure and culture.

We bring our clients an integrated, fully multi-disciplinary offer, and are able to manage all aspects of a project from total budget control to solution development; giving our clients time to focus on what’s important to them, running their business.

Our team of property consultants guide projects through the full commercial property lifecycle, using our expertise and experience to deliver efficient and cost effective property solutions. Our commercial property consultant services are geared at reducing risk, giving greater certainty and ultimately, providing the best value to our clients in this dynamic corporate environment

Working with some of the UK’s largest investment funds, property companies, retailers, as well as central and local government, our property consultants have been involved in some of the country’s biggest commercial property developments. Including, BBC North at MediaCity UK in Salford; headquarters buildings for firms such as Eversheds and Stryker UK; acquisition programmes for global retailers like Abercrombie & Fitch; and workplace strategies for major employers such as Network Rail and Bupa to name a few.

We work with our clients to change the way they view and use their property assets – engaging with employees at all levels of an organisation to develop a range of alternative work settings that facilitate agile and flexible working methods which in turn lead to improved efficiency and productivity.

This approach delivers more than just a transformed workplace; through an effective engagement and behavioural change programme we aim to use the changes to the workplace as a catalyst to support wider transformations across an entire organisation. By challenging conventional guidelines, for example, we reduced the BBC’s space requirements by over 50% at MediaCityUK, resulting in massive capital and operating cost savings.
