We use specialist software in order to engage pre-fabrication installers which reduces the on-site construction period. Capita has a track record in delivering design for steelwork to mechanical, electrical and public health design in the production of pre-manufactured pods.
Capita has extensive experience of designing buildings with off-site fabrication in mind. Designs are developed to ensure efficient volumetric construction can be achieved and that all modular units can be seamlessly integrated to avoid a “pre-fabricated appearance”.
In addition Capita Building Standards offer a team with significant experience in the modular construction of housing and commercial & public buildings to enable Building Standards approval of the manufacturing process and the modules produced from the assembly line.
