Project Management Apprenticeship

We are currently looking for Project Management apprentices to join us.

 

Our Project Management apprenticeship will provide you with industry experience and the breadth of knowledge required for a successful career in the construction industry. Our aim is to support, nurture and develop our future talent and help you reach your full potential within our organisation.

Our five year programme entails a full Bachelor’s degree in Project Management combined with real on the job training and experiences, allowing you to earn and learn simultaneously. The programme runs on a day release system so you will attend our partner University one day per week across 2 semesters each year.

The assessment of professional competence process for MRICS is included in the final assessment and will lead apprentices to have the designatory letters MRICS and Chartered Project Management status.

  

Apprenticeship Level: 3 (equivalent to A levels at grades A to E)

Annual leave: 25 days

Start date: ASAP

Entry requirements: Candidates to have 5 GCSEs at grade A* to C (or equivalent) - including English and maths.

The Individual

We are seeking a confident individual who is eager to learn and develop.  The position will suit a motivated individual with a strong analytical skills and a positive approach to problem solving. We particularly value candidates who have an appreciation of the business and construction environment.

How you will be supported

Each apprentice is allocated a mentor from the business who will be a more experienced colleague that will ensure you have a friendly face and helping hand to support you through your apprenticeship.

You will have regular reviews with your mentor and your line manager to allow you to discuss and receive feedback on you career progression. In addition to your apprenticeship training you will also have access to any internal training, Continued Professional Development (CPD) or networking activities organised by colleagues within the business.
