Landscape Architecture

What to expect

Over one to three years (subject to development and experience), graduates will typically have exposure to a range of project types and where possible experience a number of our studios across the UK on their pathway to becoming a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute. This will maximise the opportunity for graduates to experience work in planning and design fields and also experience projects ‘on the ground’. Previous graduates have worked on the planning of HS2, the delivery of the Olympic Park and designs for major development schemes in London.

We will support attendance at relevant CPD Seminars and contribute to the Pathway to Chartership scheme costs. Capita has a number of experienced chartered members with mentoring experience who can offer mentor roles under the Pathway scheme. We also have Ambassadors within the company who are members of the LI Ambassador for Landscape programme. They promote the profession at various educational institutions. Capita are also participating in the LI’s exploration of an apprenticeship route into the profession.

What we expect from you
