What to expect

We provide a supportive environment which enables our graduates to develop their skills and achieve their full potential. Our aim is to provide a structured and monitored training programme so that you can achieve professional membership of IET, BCS or other equivalent institution as soon as you are ready and able to contribute appropriately to the delivery of high quality services to our clients. You may complete rotations and work in a number of different departments which typically include security, smart places, smart infrastructure, asset management and software, although this is not an exhaustive list. You will also be allocated a mentor who will typically be Chartered and who will guide your progress and help you set personal objectives to support you in your career. Capita recognise the value of CPD and will support graduates in relevant CPD activities. Each office has their own calendar of CPD events delivered by internal and external presenters.
